Glenn Isaac Rigney, 73, of Evarts, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the Harlan ARH. Born December 31, 1944, he was a native and lifelong resident of Harlan County. Glenn was the manager of the Stone Mountain Boat Dock for many years and prior to that had worked at Western Auto. He attended the Victory Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Corliss Grills Rigney; his parents, Charles Rigney and Gertie Greene Rigney; and five brothers, J.P., "Tubby", Jerry, Paul and Kenneth Rigney.

Survivors include two children, Rick Rigney, Evarts; and Denise Wilder and husband, Johnny, Evarts; one brother, Carl Rigney, Elsmere, KY; two grandchildren, Christian Joel Hall and Paul Ryan Hall; one great-granddaughter, Olivia Wilder; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside services were held Friday, July 20, 2018, at the Evarts Memorial Gardens.
