Annetta Combs Boggs, 63, of Cumberland, passed away Tuesday May 20, 2025, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born in Harlan on August 31, 1961 to Bill and Ozie Clark Combs. Annetta was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who loved unconditionally. Nothing meant more to her than her son, Landon-her greatest joy and the center of her world. She was also committed to her church, where some of her most cherished moments were spent singing and playing music along-side her family, creating lasting memories.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Greg Boggs; a brother, Bill Combs Jr.; and a nephew, Keith Slone.

She leaves to mourn her passing her son, Landon Boggs of Cumberland; parents, Bill and Ozie Clark Combs, of Hiram; two sisters, Shirley Birman and husband, Frank, of Lynch; Shiela Duncum and husband, Kenneth, of Benham; three special nieces, Kelly Austin and husband, Charlie, of Totz; Leslie Carmack and husband, Michael of Wallins; Hailey Austin of Totz; Dylan Cornett and wife, Dacey, of Cumberland; Zack Austin, of Totz;  great-nieces, Kylee Cornett of Willisburg; McKenzie Slone of Totz; Emily Grace Carmack of Wallins;  two great-nephews, Kinnon and Kylan Cornett of Cumberland; a special aunt, Mary Sue Humphrey of Cumberland; a special uncle, Dennis Wells of Cumberland; three special friends, Melissa Collier, Sherry Thompson, and Sandy Moore; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Her visitation will be Friday, May 23, 2025, from 12 to 2 pm in the Chapel of the Tri City Funeral Home.  Her funeral service will be at 2 pm with the Reverend Freddie Terry officiating. Interment will follow at the Monte Vista Cemetery in Cumberland with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
