Harry Aurbin "Orb" Harp, 53, of Evarts departed this life on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at the Harlan ARH.  Orb was born on March 10, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio but had lived here most of his life.  A graduate of Evarts High School, he was a former salesman for Sear's.  He enjoyed building computers, fishing and gardening.

Orb is preceded in death by his father, Harry Truman Harp; his maternal grandparents, Pugh Aurbin Lewis and Amanda Gilbert Lewis; and his paternal grandparents, Fred William Harp and Laura Jane Abbott Harp.

Survivors include his mother, Tina "Tiny" Lewis Harp, Redbud; a brother, Clifton Harp and wife, Shirley, Baxter; a special niece, Leah Harp; three aunts, Louise Lewis and Diane Bennett, both of Jones Creek; Trula Green, Smith, KY; and a host of other family and friends.

His visitation will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Evarts Funeral Home beginning at 12 noon with funeral services to follow at 2 pm.  The Reverend Jerry Kirby will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with his family and friends serving as pallbearers.
