Berthie Lyn Tackett Tolliver, 48, of Evarts departed this life unexpectedly on November 25, 2023. Born August 6, 1975 in Chicago, IL, she had lived here most of her life. Berthie was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Miller and Alene Tackett Roberts; and her grandparents, Edith and Joner Tackett, and Jimmy and Nancy Ann Miller.

Survivors include her son, Allen Dewayne Tolliver, Evarts; one sister, Shirley Lynn Stokes and husband, Chris, Ages; three brothers, James Tackett and fiancé, Kristen Foley, Harlan; Jessie Roberts and fiancé, Wendy Elza, London; and Henry Roberts, London; her step-father, Terry Marcus Roberts, London, KY; a special friend, Sandra Lamb, Williamstown, KY; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

To honor her wishes a graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 2 pm at the Roberts-Tackett Cemetery in Kildav with Reverend Jerry Kirby officiating.
