Charles Caleb Cooper, Jr., 68, of Loyall went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center. Born June 13, 1954 in Harlan County, he was a member of the Loyall Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Caleb Cooper, Sr. and Essie Davis; and one sister, Pat Gibson.

Charlie is survived by his brother, Jerry Tolliver, Loyall; his special niece, Sherry Violet, Western KY; and a host of friends and his church family.

His memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2022, at the Loyall Church of Christ with Pastor Scott Hyden officiating.
