Cleo Patterson Webb, born February 2, 1934 in Harrogate, TN, and a long time resident of Lynch, passed from this life on February 5, 2024, after a short illness. She was the daughter of the late Verda Patterson and Axie Bradford Patterson. She was the wife of Hugh B. "Gunner" Webb of Lynch.

Cleo was a 1951 graduate of Lynch High School, was a member of the Lynch United Methodist Church, and a member of the Benham United Methodist Church. She was a member of the WSCS, and a Sunday School teacher at Lynch Methodist Church, Cleo was an active member of the Lynch Garden Club, and loved to read, travel, and was an avid quilter. Cleo retired from the Lynch Medical Services.

Her parents, as well as sisters Dollie Wilhoit (Aubrey), Josie Marsili (Lee "Babe"), Shelby Tallent (Fred), and daughter Christine Webb preceded her in passing.

Surviving Cleo is her loving husband Hugh, and son Rick (Glenna), daughter Cheryl Lynn Reagin (Carson), as well as six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be at the Benham United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 12 to 1 PM.  Funeral service will follow at 1 PM with Diana Cornett officiating.

After the service, Cleo's wishes were to be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Benham United Methodist Church, Benham, KY.
