Debbie Williams, 67, of Dayhoit, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at her residence with her family by her side. Born July 15, 1957 in Harlan County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Jehovah's Witness faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Williams and Myrtle White Williams; two brothers, Bill Williams and Freddie Lee Williams; and one sister, Ruth Howard.

Debbie is survived by two children, James Kelly Cox and wife, Bobbie, Putney; and Angela Goins, Wallins. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Kelly Nicolas Cox, Dalton Lee Cox, Katie Hensley (Terry), Brittany Wynn, Michael Ellison and Tucker Ellison; seven great-grandchildren, Tylee Wynn, Luke Wynn, Serenity Wynn, Roselyn Cox, Landon Cox, Denver Cox and Henleigh Hensley.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2024, in the chapel of the Loyall Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1 p.m. with Brother Terry Ramsey officiating.

Burial will be in the Whitestar Cemetery at Dayhoit with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
