Deborah Lynn Partin Shepherd, 58, of Dayhoit, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, KY. She was born in Delphia on July 11, 1967, to the late Granville and Connie Armstrong Partin. Debbie was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, friend, and was loved by all. She loved being outdoors, fishing, going four wheeling and sitting in the sun. Most of all she loved the Lord, served and loved her family to the fullest. She loved sitting at the kitchen table smoking her cigarettes, watching Little House on the Prairie, laughing and talking to her grandson.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Shepherd.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Amber Belcher and husband, David; Lee Glover of Gordon;  Dakota Smith and Kamryn Smith, all of Dayhoit; eleven siblings, Rocky Partin of Benham; Daniel Partin and wife, Donna, of Gordon; Randy Partin of TN; Michael Partin and wife, Robin, of Indiana; Alicia Shepherd of Cumberland; DeVada Cornett; Mary Ann Cornett; Christina Carswell and husband, Bob; Jason Partin; Brian Partin; Amy Partin; two grandchildren, Lonnie Nantz, Ronnie Nantz; one great-grandchild, Natalie Smith; life friend and father of her children, Ronald Glover and wife, Alice, of Gordon.

A memorial service will be planned at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tri City Funeral Home to help offset costs.
