Debra  "Debbie" Lee Halcomb, 68, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital after a short illness. She was born on October 4, 1955 to the late Billy Brock and Irene Gallagher Kelemen. Debbie was a homemaker and loved caring for her husband and children. She was a lifelong resident of Dione, KY. She graduated Cumberland High School class of 1973. Debbie enjoyed going to her jazzercise classes weekly with her friends and loved going to the beach with her family, the ocean was her favorite place.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her step-father, Johnny Kelemen, an infant daughter, Amber JaNnae Halcomb and a son, Travis Matthew Scott, which she lost at the young age of 12, that her heart never mended from.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 43 years, Jimmy Halcomb; daughter, Melissa Foutch; a son Jimmy Halcomb Jr. and wife, Melissa; grandchildren, Alexis "Lexi" Foutch, Aviya Halcomb, Sean Halcomb, great-grandchildren, Emmitt, Eli and Eian Halcomb, a sister, Joann Yates and husband, Bennie, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Her visitation will be Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 1 to 3 PM at the Tri City Funeral Home. Her funeral service will begin at 3 PM with Dennis Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
