Donna Kay Johnson, 69, of Harrodsburg, formerly of Cumberland, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024, after a long illness. She was born in Leatherwood, KY to the late James Lee and Juanita Combs Johnson. Donna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to sew, make quilts and do crafts. She loved playing June's Journey with her quilting grannies group and her granddaughter. She attended the Burgin Church of God in Burgin, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Johnson.

She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband, Danny Johnson; two children, Bradley Little and wife, Emily; Heather Dunaway and husband, John; two brothers, Daniel Johnson and wife, Betty; Tim Johnson; four sisters, Sharon Irvin and husband, Bobby; Sandra Hill; Brenda Hale; Kimberly Smith and husband, Raymond; grandchildren, Kaleigh, Cadance, Lakin, Olivia, Kelsey; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Her visitation will be Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Cumberland Pentecostal Church from 5 to 8 PM and Saturday from 2 to 3 PM. Her funeral service will follow with the Reverend Michael Blair officiating. Burial will be at the Jacob Creech Cemetery in Cumberland with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
