Dorothy Jean Wilson Fultz, 88, of Harlan, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025, at her home with her family by her side. Born February 15, 1936, to the late Richard and Mildred Turpin Wilson, Dorothy was a homemaker and had lived in Harlan all of her life. She was a member of the Harlan Christian Church and the Pansy Christian Church. She loved to cook, sew, and work in her flower garden. Dorothy was the flower that bloomed in her family for 88 years.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, James Fultz.

Those left to cherish her memory include her three children: Gordon Fultz and wife, Melody, of Harlan, Randy Fultz of South Carolina, Karen Grills and husband, Rex, of Evarts: two grandsons: Richie Fultz of Harrogate, TN and Jordon Fultz of Charleston, SC.

Services for Dorothy will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at the Harlan Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 with the funeral beginning at 7:00. Reverend Dennis Williams and Reverend Bobby Cornett will be officiating.

Burial will take place Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:00am at the Resthaven Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.
