E. Faye Creech Platt, 86, of Loyall went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Harlan App. Reg. Hospital. She was born January 12, 1938 in Harlan County; she was a homemaker and a member of the Loyall Church of Christ.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Creech and Irene Sizemore Creech; two sons, Timothy Ross Platt and Robert Scott Platt; one sister, Eula Grey Saylor; and a son-in-law, Michael Pillion.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Ross "Bob" Platt, Loyall; one daughter, Kimberly Platt Pillion, Loyall; special friends, Jim and Joyce Toll; Bryan Toll and family; and Jennifer Toll Durham and family; along with her church family.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2024 in Resthaven Cemetery with Pastor Chris Wheeler and Charlene Williams officiating and men of the Loyall Church of Christ will be serving as pallbearers.
