Emma Jean Porter, age 66, of Benham, KY, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022, with herfamily by her side. She was born January 6, 1956, in Lynch, KY to the late Ezra and Martha Joseph Chandler. She had worked many years at Tri City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in housekeeping.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Gary Chandler and Ezra Ora Chandler Jr.

Emma leaves to cherish her memory her children, Jerry Porter of Tulsa, OK; Mandy Sizemore of TN; April Sizemore; a sister, Carolyn Cress and husband, Claude, of Benham; special niece, Elizabeth Hensley and husband, Charles, of Lynch; special nephew, Gregory Cress and wife, Ana, of New York; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Her visitation will be Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 6 to 9 PM at the Tri City Pentecostal Church. Her funeral service will be Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 1 PM also at the church with the Reverend Billy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery in Cumberland with Tony Davis, Bobby Harris, William Hughes, Paul Wiggington and Jerry Porter serving as pallbearers.
