Erin Nikole Kelly, 40, of Putney, formerly of Evarts, departed this life on Monday, July 1, 2024, at the UK Hospital in Lexington.  Born October 10, 1983, she was a lifelong resident of Harlan County.  Erin was a graduate of Evarts High School and had worked as a sales clerk, most recently at the Commissary in Harlan.  She believed in the Baptist faith and enjoyed collecting feathers.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jolly and Helen White; and her paternal grandparents, Mitchell and Maxine Kelly.

Those left to mourn her passing are her parents, Kenny and Sharon White Kelly, Evarts; her daughter, Jaylyn Coots, Putney; her son, Trentyn Kelly, Evarts; her fiancé, Scott Turner, Putney; and her dog, Rebel, whom she loved more than anything.

Per her request, there will be no services.
