Evelyn Janice Farley Webb, 77, of New Tazewell, TN, formerly of Watts Creek, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Claiborne Health & Rehabilitation Center in Tazewell, TN. She was born on April 5, 1948 in Harlan County. Evelyn was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Verlon Webb, Jr.; her parents, Daniel Boone Farley, Sr. and Fannie Mae Shell Buell; one son, Walter Webb; one brother, Daniel (Boonie) Farley, Jr.; and one infant sister, Jessie Farley.

Evelyn is survived by three children, Sabrina Webb, New Tazewell, TN; Patrick Farley and wife, Tonya, Watts Creek; and Ricky Webb, New Tazewell, TN; one brother, Tony Farley and wife, Sue, Watts Creek; two sisters, Hazel Simpson, Watts Creek; and Oma Jean Smith and husband, Bob, Tazewell, TN. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Bridgett Farley, Coaby Webb and Caydon Webb; and one great-grandson, Roman Clem.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Wallins Fellowship Center with a memorial service starting at 2 p.m. with Troy Gaw officiating.
