Everette Dawain Noe, 82, of Wallins went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Harlan App. Reg. Hospital. He was born on May 29, 1943 in Harlan County to the late Everette Vincent Noe and Elsie Noe. Everette was a police officer for many years and was a Christian.

Everette is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sylvia Rea Noe, Wallins; four children, Deletta Noe, Dawain Noe, Michalene Sychowski, all of Illinois and Craig Noe, Florida. Also surviving are several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
