Flora Lee Collett Noe, 75, of Wallins, passed away away Monday, August 21, 2023, at her residence with her family by her side. Born May 3, 1948 in Harlan County, she worked as a nurse's aide at the Harlan Nursing Home for 15 years and believed in the Church of God faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Collett and Abbie Gail Brummett Collett; one child, Shelia Ann McCoy; one brother, Rufus Collett, Sr.; and one sister, Hedy Collett Farmer.

Flo is survived by her husband, Bill Noe, Wallins; one daughter, Tammy Haywood and husband, Steve Turner, Wallins; two brothers, Jim Collett and wife, Jan, Coldiron; and Vernon Collett and wife, Alice, Wallins; two grandchildren, Sasha Haywood "Shawn", Coxton; and Logan Haywood Madon, South Korea; and one great-grandson, Cameron Rocky Brock, Coxton.

Also surviving is a special cousin, Ruth Ann Bradford, Warbranch, KY; special friends, Steve Turner, Wallins; Timothy "Tick" Brock, Pikeville; and Margaret Brock, Wallins; Bernadine Haywood; Ruth Ann McCoy Tharp; and Ryan Ealy; special nephew, Jimmy Joe Collett and wife, Christina, Evarts; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon on Thursday, August 24, 2023, in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home with the Reverend Willard Pace officiating.

Burial will be in the Layman Cemetery at Coldiron with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
