Glen Helton, 64, of Kenvir departed from this life on Friday, March 1, 2024, at his home. Born March 16, 1959 to the late Louie and Maxine Cox Helton, Glen had lived in Kenvir most of his life. Glen worked as a handyman for the Village Center Mall for several years. He loved sitting around with friends and riding his four-wheeler. He believed in the Holiness faith.

In addition to his parents, Glen is preceded in death by a child, Timothy Glen Helton; and four brothers, Tony, Lee, Steve and Allen Helton.

He is survived by three sisters, Barybee Smiddy of Palatine, IL; Linda Knopp and husband, David, of Oak Forest, IL; and Mary Ayscue of Virginia Beach, VA; a special friend, Doug Burkhart; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted Friday, March 8, 2024, at 1 pm at the Evarts Memorial Gardens with Reverend Bradley Guthrie offering words of comfort.
