Jeanna Marie Kirby Rigney, 47, of Verda passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at her home.  Born December 8, 1977 in Owosso, Michigan, she had lived here most of her life.

Jeanna is survived by her husband, Paul Ray Rigney, Pennington Gap, VA; her mother, Claudette Kirby, Charlotte, MI; four children; a sister, Ciara Hancock, Detroit, MI; eight grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held for her on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the Turner Baptist Church in Verda at 3 pm with the Reverend Jerry Kirby officiating.
