Johnathon Michael Reece died at his mother's residence in Totz, KY (Harlan County) on March 21, 2025.

He was born on June 9, 1985, to Michael Rene Reece and Danette Davis Darnell. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Frank Harold Darnell, Jr. He is survived by his parents, his siblings, Jena Lee Reece of Clarksville, TN; Katelyn Rene Reece of Clarksville, TN; Emily Louise Darnell of Waynesville, NC; Fount Mabry Darnell of Murfreesboro, TN; his nephew Kieran James Dougherty of Clarksville, TN.
His dog; Chewy Reece of Clarksville TN.

John graduated from Clarksville High School in 2004.

He loved brand new socks, he loved his dog Chewy, and he loved his nephew.
John's kind and sweet nature is one of the reasons He became the Co-Founder of the Annual Misfit Thanksgiving, where the only rule was that everyone was welcome. It was his favorite Holiday.

The family would like to thank all the friends for their love, prayers, and support.
A service will be held on Sunday March 30, 2025, from 2:00pm-4:00pm at the
Totz Baptist Church

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date in Clarksville, TN.
