Julie Lynn Hamblin, 52, of Watts Creek passed away Monday, January 1, 2024, at her residence. Born January 19, 1971 in Whitley County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Lee Hamblin and Loretta Reynolds Hamblin.

Julie is survived by her daughter, Juree Amburgey and husband, Aaron, Harlan; ex-husband and father of her child, Donald Ray England, Watts Creek; one brother, Michael Lee Hamblin, Barbourville; two sisters, Bobbie Hamblin, Richmond, KY; and Linda Sawyers, Williamsburg, KY. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Oliver Scott and Sadie Amburgey; three step-grandchildren, Emily Amburgey, Miley Amburgey and Erin Amburgey; several nieces and nephews; and Jackie Farley England who was like a mother to her.
