Kathy Faye Creech Hagle, 38, of Dayhoit went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the Pikeville Medical Center. One of three children, Kathy was born on November 25, 1983 in Harlan County to James Joseph and Nancy Creech Hardy. She was a social butterfly, she loved hanging out with her family and friends, and she never met a stranger.

Kathy was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Oaklynn Hagle; and two special cousins, Jody Day and Melody Creech; and one uncle, Gary Creech.

Left to cherish her memory, are her grandmother, Katherine Day; her parents, James Joseph and wife, Renee; Nancy Hardy and husband, Rick; her husband, Michael Hagle; her longtime partner, Monroe Smith; two sisters, Amanda Blevins and Destynie LaShay Nicole; one brother, David Creech and wife, Darlene; and four sons, Michael Hagle and wife, Shelby; Shane Hagle and girlfriend, Lea; Takota Hagle and girlfriend, Tori; and Jeremiah Hagle. Also surviving are one grandson, her everything, Noah Hagle; one niece, Amilya Creech; five nephews, Michael Creech and wife, Heavenly, Anthony Blevins, Andrew Turner, Aaron Turner; and Kaleb Creech; and one great-niece, Olivia Creech. Also left to mourn her loss are four special friends, Angie Allen Smith, Flossie Cleaver, Maxton Bell and Ashley Curry; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home with her funeral service starting at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Darrell Turner officiating.

Burial will be in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
