Our precious angel, Kyia Rose "Fat Fat" Long, age 2 of Cumberland, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 27, 2026. She is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Deborah and Lowell Davidson; an angel sibling; and a great-great aunt, Faye Slemp.

Kyia leaves to mourn her passing, her parents, Morgan Simpkins and Treyvon Long; her two sisters, Zenova and Hamaria Long; her grandparents, Deanna Davidson (RayRay Wilson); Franklin Simpkins (Deonda Davidson); Calvin Long (Leisha Long); a great-grandmother, Rose Simmons; two aunts, Sydney Jenkins and Aalyiah Long; three uncles, Corey Long, Mark Long and Dionta Long; three special cousins, Antonio Simmons (Jennifer Simmons); Robert Lewis; and Maurice Long; cousins, Devin (Myesha) Simmons and the kids, Oshay (Amberlynn) and Laylay Simmons; two special teachers, Claudia Ison and Katlyn Bennett; and a host of extended family and friends.
