Larry Earl Daniels, 77, of Lejunior departed this life on Monday, May 11, 2026, at his home following a long illness.  Larry was born on February 18, 1949 to the late George Daniels and Hazel Alene Caddell Daniels.  He was a retired coal miner and believed in the Baptist faith.  Larry enjoyed working on cars, lawnmowers, and just about anything with a motor.  He was always willing to help his family, friends and neighbors with whatever they may need.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant son, Larry Dwayne Daniels; and two sisters, Judy Daniels and Kathy Daniels Fields.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margaret Diane Fuson Daniels, Lejunior; two daughters, Sonya Stull and Rhonda Burkhart and fiancé, Tim Hoover, all of Richmond, KY; and two sisters, Imogene Ewing of Lejunior, and Phyllis Abner of Evarts.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Ary Stull and husband, Clay Franchere; Shane Stull; Kayla Huddleson and husband, Shane; Hanna Burkhart; and Ashley Burkhart; five great-grandchildren, Ember Stull, Camden and Ava Burkhart, Emma and Kaysen Huddleson; a brother-in-law that was like a brother to him, Ed Fuson; and a host of other family and friends, including special friends, Monas and Darlene Peace.

His visitation will be held at the Evarts Funeral Home on Friday from 5 until 8 pm and Saturday from 11 am until the funeral hour of 1 pm with the Reverend Gregory Scott Chandler officiating.

Burial will follow at the Resthaven Cemetery with Shane Stull, Shane Huddleson, Tim Hoover, and other family and friends serving as pallbearers.

His family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of the Bluegrass for the care they provided to Larry during his illness.
