Larry Thomas Gray, Jr.

March 2, 1967- December 8, 2022.

Larry Thomas Gray, Jr of Benham, KY also known as "Little" passed away unexpectedly December 8, 2022. He is survived by his father, Larry Thomas Gray, Senior of Benham, Ky, his wife Vickie Hale of Lexington, KY; son, Alex Gray (Taylor Lashbrook) of Lexington, KY; daughter, Paige Gray (Cody Bronaugh) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by his brother Christopher Gray (Stacy) of Pineville, KY; sister Christina Combs (Mark) of Central City, KY; and sister Gabby Broughton (Jason) of Lafollette, TN; His niece Taylor Combs, nephews Hunter Combs and Gray Broughton.

Larry is preceeded in death by mother Nancy Carolyn Gray, his maternal grandparents Judge & Laura Creech and paternal grandparents Leonard and Edna Gray also many precious aunts and uncles.

From the time Larry was born until his last breath he was loved by all that knew him. Larry never met a stranger, he had a way of making anyone and everyone feel special. If making friends was a profession, Larry was a professional. He had an infectious laugh and found humor in everything. Larry lived most of his life having the need for speed. Almost every weekened he could be found at the dirt race track. He lived for it. Late model race cars were his passion. When he relocated back to Benham he took up a love for riding his side by side in the beautiful mountains.  Larry was also a very handy mechanic, he could fix absolutely anything. He enjoyed many things, espcially making friends. If you needed anything and called him, he'd find a way to help and show up. He was a great friend to have.

Above his many passions he treasured his children. He was so proud of them and was looking forward to seeing what the future held for them.

Larry will be deeply missed by so many people. He had so many special friends it's hard to list them all.

There will be no service held at this time.
