Levi Benjamin Laws, 8 years old of Stoney Fork, departed this life on Sunday, August 16, 2026. He brought an extraordinary amount of joy, light and love into this world during his eight short years. Born with a smile that could immediately brighten any room, Levi was a remarkably happy child who truly never met a stranger.

Raised with a strong foundation of the holiness pentecostal faith, Levi was taught to know and love God, carrying a pure and gentle spirit in all that he did. We take great comfort in knowing that because of his faith, Levi is now resting in the eternal peace of heaven.

Despite any challenges he faced with autism, Levi approached life with pure enthusiasm and wonder. He loved going to school at Right Fork, where his eagerness to learn shone brightly especially anything concerning numbers, which fascinated and delighted him.

At home, Levi's favorite moments were simple, cozy, and filled with love. He cherished cuddling, playing with his beloved cat Oreo, and diving into adventures in Minecraft. He was surrounded by a large loving family with a hand full of cousin who loved him fiercely, played endlessly, and will miss him more than words can express.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Barbara Laws; his great-grandfather, Jimmy Brock; and great-great-grandparents, Emanuel and Alice Saylor.

Levi is survived by his parents, Carla Brock and Benjamin Laws; his maternal grandparents, Teresa Simpson and Scott (Joan) Brock; his paternal grandfather, Douglas Laws; and his maternal great- grandmothers, Freda Saylor and Shelia Brock. He is also survived by a devoted circle of aunts and uncles; Veronica (Jacob) Smith, Jacob Brock and Steve (Brooke) Simpson, Aaron Laws, Jacob Laws, Kendra (Travis) Johnson, and Andrew (Vanessa) Laws; along with many cherished cousins and extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, after 5 PM at the Jenson Pentecostal Holiness Church at 560 Hwy 2013 Pineville, KY 40977

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 2 PM with the Reverend Demus Couch, the Reverend Dalton Payne and Pastor Richard Asher officiating.

Burial will be in the Saylor Family Cemetery at Kettle Island with Benjamin Laws, Jacob Brock, Dustin Simpson, Jacob Smith, Shie Edwards, Kenny Howard and Kayden Laws. serving as pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers will be his loving cousins, Liam Smith, Owen Smith, Josiah Simpson, and Jadon Simpson

While our heart aches with his absence, we take great comfort in the boundless happiness Levi shared with everyone he met. Resting in the promise of eternity and holding onto the sweet memories he leaves behind forever.
