Mary Margaret Bennett Joseph, 78, Loyall went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of the Loyall Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Louise Bennett; two children, John Stepp and Pearl Stepp, Sr.; and one brother, Robert "Bob" Bennett.

Mary is survived by her husband, George Joseph, Loyall; three children, Quintin Stepp, Sr., Kathy Napier and Jared Stepp; two brothers, John Bennett and Chuck Bennett; and four sisters, Barbara, Jackie, Karen and Norene. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Quintina Stepp, Amber Stepp, Quintin Stepp, Jr., Starrla Gann, Pearl Stepp, Jr. and John Stepp.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Loyall Church of Christ.

Mary's funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Loyall Church of Christ Pastor Chris Wheeler and Pastor Greg Abraham officiating.

Burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
