Millard Franklin Belcher (Frank Belcher), of Indianapolis, IN passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the age of 77. Frank was born January 17, 1948 in Benham, KY and moved to Loyall with his parents as a child. He later moved to Indianapolis, IN after marrying Betty Holden-Belcher.

Frank retired from International Harvester, loved fishing, hunting, motorcycles and most of all loved spending time with his friends and family. He is much loved and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Belcher and Marie Sizemore Belcher; one son, Bobby Belcher; three brothers, Dale Belcher, Bobby Belcher and Bill Belcher; and one sister, Loretta Graham.

Frank is survived by his wife, Betty Holden Belcher, Indianapolis, IN; one daughter, Pamela Lynn Belcher Fiest, Indianapolis, IN; one sister, Kay Blondell; his daughters-in-law, Michelle "Nannie" and Lydia; and four grandchildren, Joseph, William "Bill", Elijah and MaKenzie; great-granddaughter, Jasey Belcher and sister Kay.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2025, in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1 p.m.

Burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery, Keith, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
