Norma Jean Huff Clark, 65, of Jonesville, VA departed this life on Monday, October 9, 2023, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center following a long illness.  Norma was born on July 30, 1958 in Harlan County to the late Carl Huff and Arkie Mae Short Huff.  She was a retired aide at Frontier Health.  Norma was an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She believed in the Baptist faith.

Norma is survived by her beloved husband of 22 years, Ricky Clark, Jonesville; two children, Gena Sluss and husband, Charles "Bubby", Keokee, VA; James "Duke" Ellis, Dryden, VA; three step-sons, Jason Brock, Harlan; Wesley Brock and wife, Erin, Alabama; Kevin Clark of Ohio; three sisters, Freda Witt and husband, Ronnie, Centerline, MI; Joyce Kelly, Corbin; Tonya Huff, Middlesboro; and four brothers, Vernon Huff and wife, Sharon, Dayton, TN; Paul "Eddie" Huff and wife, Rayenna, Holmes Mill; Bo Huff and wife, Pam, Sale Creek, TN; and Brian Huff and wife, Amber, Jonesville, VA.  Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Her visitation will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Evarts Funeral Home beginning at 11 am until the funeral service at 1 pm.  The Reverend Dennis Short and Eddie Huff will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with her family and friends serving as pallbearers.
