Patsy Gail (Pat) Bloomer Saylor, 74, of Wallins went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Tri-City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center with her family by her side. She was born on April 14, 1950 in Harlan County to the late Jack Bloomer and Polly Griffin Bloomer. She was a retired nurse with 40 years of experience at the Harlan App. Reg. Hospital and the Daniel Boone Clinic and believed in the Baptist faith.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Michelle Saylor; one brother, William Joseph "Bill" Bloomer; and two sisters, Audrey Bloomer and Alpha Jean Bloomer Kilburn.

Pat is survived by her husband of 52 years, Fred Allen Saylor, Wallins; brother-in-law, Blaine Kilburn, Junction City, KY; niece, Melissa Rice and husband, Shawn, Stanford, KY; special great-niece, Taylin Rice, Stanford; nephew, Rodney Saylor (Becky), Adams, TN; and niece, Annette Saylor, Cincinnati, OH.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2024, in the chapel of the Harlan Funeral Home with the Reverend Ray Stepp officiating.

Burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
