Mr. Pearl Johnson, eighty-one years old, of Partridge, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital in Whitesburg, KY.

Pearl was born in Leslie County, KY, on August 26, 1942, to Worley and Mintie Madden Johnson. He was born into a family of ten children and he was a long-time member of the Church of Christ.

Pearl is preceded in death by his parents, Worley and Mintie, as well as seven siblings: Elizabeth Hall, Grace Anderson, Eales Johnson, Opal Jones, Oma Kilburne, Earnest Johnson, and an infant sister.

Left to cherish his memory are two sisters: Thonia Johnson of Cumberland and Arlene Caudill and husband, Ronnie, also of Cumberland; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended relatives; his church family; and many friends.

No services will take place at this time.
