Peggy Jane Hall Scott, 75, of Baxter went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at her residence. Born September 28, 1951 in Harlan County, she was a homemaker and believed in the Church of God faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Scott; her parents, Ted Hall and Mary Brock Hall; three brothers, Teddy Hall, Hezekiah Hall and Charley Hall; and eight sisters, Jeanette Coots, Carolyn Freeman, Alda Freeman, Barbara Boggs, Ann Howard, Linda Hall, Sharon Sturgill and Betty Hensley.

Peggy is survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
