Phillip Eugene Boggs, 67, of Cumberland, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 4, 1957, to the late Arnold and Ann Mae Miracle Boggs. He was a loving brother and will be missed.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three siblings, Arnold Boggs Jr.; Dorothy Jean Boggs; and Ruth Boggs.

He leaves to mourn his passing, a son who resides in West Virginia; his two sisters, Phyllis Boggs of Cumberland and Emma Cottrell of West Virginia.

His visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1 pm in the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 2 pm at the Maggard Family Cemetery in Partridge with Elder Glenn Cornett officiating.
