Obituary

Priscilla Smith Hall, 75, born January 17, 1950, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Tommy Hall, who was not only her partner in life but her very best friend. Together they built a beautiful family and a lifetime of cherished memories. She is also survived by her children, Tommy Hall (wife Angie) and Tammy Hall, as well as her beloved daughter-in-law Christina Groves. Priscilla was the proud grandmother of five adoring grandchildren — Jacqueline Morgan (husband Seth), Adyssen Hall, Abigail Hall, Riley Hall, and Grant Hall — all of whom brought her immense joy and laughter.

Priscilla was a woman full of life, love, and light. She was funny, kind, and the heart of her family. A member of Ida May Bible Church, she had a deep and abiding love for the Lord, which she shared through her faith and actions. She loved to sing and dance, filling every room she entered with joy and music. A wonderful cook, Priscilla made sure no one ever left her home hungry or without a smile.

She is survived by her siblings, Rodney Smith (wife Nora), Jim Smith (wife Gail), and Shirley Davis (husband Darryl), as well as two special nieces, Linda Miller and Debbie Smith, who held a very dear place in her heart, and a host nieces and nephews.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, Theo and George Smith; her daughter, Cherie Judd; her son, Charles Hall; and her siblings, George Smith Jr., Lloyd Smith, Bill Smith, Maxi Barum, Jerry Wade, and Sylvia Hurrier.

Priscilla's life was one of love, laughter, and faith. She touched every life she encountered with her warmth and humor, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Her visitation will be at the Putney Bible Church on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 12 pm to 2 pm. Her funeral will follow at 2 pm with the Reverend Mark Coeburn officiating. Interment will be at the Peaceful Acres Cemetery with Hunter Cornett, Brad Cornett, Riley Hall, Grant Hall, Daryl Saylor, and Tommy Hall with them serving as pallbearers.
