Randall Noah "Randy" Hoskins. 66, of Harlan passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the Hazard App. Reg. Hospital. He was born March 10, 1959 in Harlan County to the late Roy Hoskins and Beulah Evelina Saylor Hoskins and believed in the Holiness faith.

Randy is survived by two brothers, Troy Hoskins and wife, Melinda, Verda; and Roy Hoskins, Jr., and wife, Carol, Mascow, OH; and one sister, Tina Ireton and special friend, Cecil Anderson, Coxton. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Jordan Whitaker, Skyla Dople, Troy Hoskins, II, Elizabeth Hoskins and Miranda Hoskins.
