Reba Gail Sergent, 65 of Cumberland, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at her home. She was born in Manchester, KY on February 9, 1960 to Bill Sester and Anna Mae Lipps Sester. Reba was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the dialysis clinic in Harlan. She was also a licensed Cosmetologist and instructor at the Allure Beauty College in Pikeville, KY. Reba was a member of the Trinity Holiness Tabernacle Church at Hiram, where she would sing and play the piano. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Sester; her father-in-law, Frank Sergent; mother-in-law Sally Sergent; and an infant brother, William Sester.

Reba leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband of 47 years, Rickey Sergent; mother, Anna Mae Sester; two sons, Travis Sergent and daughter-in-law, Ashley Gilliam; Bryan Sergent, all of Cumberland; three grandchildren, Maisey, Carson and Caroline Sergent; her best friends, Kim Howard and Kim Clem; and a special daughter, Heather Blair Lewis.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 17, 2025, beginning at 12 pm at the Trinity Holiness Tabernacle at Hiram. Her funeral will follow at 2 pm with Pastor Tess Lipps officiating. Burial will be at the Ray Cemetery at Dione with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
