Roger Dale Eldridge, 75, of Ages departed this life on Monday, March 24, 2025, at his home. He was born in Letcher County on June 6, 1949 to the late James Eldridge and Leona Gilliam. Roger worked as a security guard most of his life. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.

In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Brown and Judy Johnson.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Lewis Eldridge, Ages; a brother, Raymond Eldridge of Boston, MA; two sisters, Janice (Tony) King of Winnabow, NC; and Darlene Eldridge Phillips of Kingsport, TN; a host of nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Adam (Becky) Hensley; a great-niece and great-nephew that were like grandchildren to him, Jasmine and Harrison Hensley, and a host of other family and friends.

In honoring Roger's wishes, there will be no services.
