Rose Marie "Ree" Turner Kelley, 68, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Sunday, June 23, 2024. She was born on February 15, 1956 to the late Grant and Rose Bowling Turner. Ree believed in the Catholic faith and attended St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Ohio. She was a wonderful grandmother, her grandsons describe her as very eccentric and hilarious and full of laughter. Ree loved animals of all kinds, especially her dogs.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Mike Kelley; a daughter, Sherry Prater; and two brothers, Doyle and Richard Turner.

She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Heather Hegge and husband, John, of Amelia, OH; one brother, Claude Turner and wife, Kay, of Alabama; one sister, Patricia Huff and husband, David, of Totz; two grandsons, Christian Mitchell and Noah Mitchell, both of Amelia, OH; great-grandchildren, Eden Rose Mitchell; CJ Mitchell; Fin Mitchell, all of OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
