Rose Mae Noe Slusher, age 88, of Wallins, Kentucky, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, while at her home. She was born in Harlan on July 12, 1936, to Pearl and Della Watkins Noe.

She was a member of the Wallins Christian Church and was a loving mother and grandmother, whose greatest joy in life was caring for her beloved family.

Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Della Noe; husband, Garfield Slusher, Jr.; brothers, Raymond Noe, Bill Noe; sisters, Irene Nalian, Helen Trail; and a great granddaughter, Megan Chitwood.

Survivors include her five children: Beverly (Spencer) Bailey, Linda (Jerry) Mullins, Julie (Ben) Middleton, Kenneth Slusher, John (Lisa) Slusher; eight grandchildren: Summer (John) Giles, Misty Mullins, Angie (Scott) Blanton, Melissa Zoppetti, Ashley (Josh) Coldiron, Jacob Slusher, Will (Ama) Slusher, Elyssa (Tanner) Morris; eleven great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; a host of extended relatives; and many dear friends.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 2:00pm at the Noe Family Cemetery, Platts Fork Road, Wallins, KY, with the Reverend Jim Johnson officiating.
