Sharon Lynn Hensley Wells, 57, of Kenvir passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Harlan ARH.  Sharon was born on June 3, 1965 in Harlan to the late David Hensley and the late Patsy Buress Hensley.  She was a former employee of Dairy Hut and Walmart.  Sharon was a member of the Black Mountain Missionary Baptist Church and loved spending time with her nieces.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Hensley; and an aunt, Pauline Crider.

Those left to mourn her passing are her husband of 26 years, Daniel Wells, Kenvir; a step-son, Danny Wells and wife, Melissa, Knoxville; two nieces, Rachel Hensley and Patty Pruitt; a sister-in-law, Deby Hensley, Harlan; an uncle, Ralph Crider, Kenvir; several cousins including Lisa Miller Cook and Kevin Crider; and a host of other family and friends.

Her visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 until 8 pm at the Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in the chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with the Reverend Bill Moore officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evarts Memorial Gardens with Chris Hensley, David Farley, Randy Brackett, Tim Brackett, Roy Gross and Danny Wells serving as pallbearers.
