Theresa Blevins Campbell, 51, of London, Departed this life on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. She entered this life on September 1, 1971 in Dayton, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Farmer Blevins and Anna Lee Roark Blevins. She was united in marriage to William Campbell who survives of London, Kentucky. She is also survived by her four children, Joanna Campbell, Matthew Campbell, and Tommy Hatfield all of London, and Katie Jarvis of Grays, Kentucky; two siblings, Virgie (Doug) Rice of London, and Shelly (George) Blevins-Middleton of Corbin, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Aybriella Hatfield, Remy Hatfield, Nyas Hatfield, and Kinsley Ridener; one great nephew, Hunter Monroe; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

She was a Mental Health Counselor, and a member of The Kings Chapel Assembly of God.

A service celebrating her life will be conducted Friday, June 23, 2023, at 3 pm at the Kings Chapel Assembly of God~Lejunior, KY.
