Willie Kathleen Lefevers Hoskins, 93, of Coldiron passed away peacefully into her heavenly home on Friday, July 7, 2023, at her residence. She was a devoted Christian, wife and mother, a true lady and was loved by everyone who knew her. She was born on November 25, 1929 in Bell County. Willie was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.

She married Sylus Hoskins on June 21, 1946 and they were happily devoted to each other until his death in 2007.

Willie was preceded in death by her husband, Sylus Hoskins; her parents, Charlie Lefevers and Mattie Nunn Lefevers; her sisters, Frances Lee Defevers, Pauline Bennett, Bonnie Elliott and Mary Helen Elliott; her brothers, Charles Reed Lefevers, Sonny Lefevers and Fred Ernest Lefevers.

She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Howard (Charles), Jacksonville, FL; and Tracy Hoskins, Coldiron; one sister, Margaret Brock, Ohio; three grandchildren, Timothy Roskie, Rae Kathleen Padgett and Charles Adam Ray Howard, Jr.; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are many dearly loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend and helper, James Garett Wilson.

A simple graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Resthaven Cemetery with the Reverend Freeman Clark officiating. Music will be provided by Wanda Carroll, her family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
